94 Integra won't start

So my car won't start obviously, when I turn the car on one of my fans make a really loud squealing noise it only stops when I try to turn the car over. But it won't turn over. My starter was clicking so I fix that problem. I really hope it's not my alternator. I would go get it tested but I can't drive my car to auto zone. Is there another way to tell?

1. I checked all my fuses
2. Changed the starter
3. Tested the battery

Am I missing something else?

Also a few months ago my car shut off on me I couldn't figure out why it wouldn't start, and it wasn't getting any spark so I bought a new distributor fixed it. Come to find out it was my fuse the whole time. So I know this time it's not either one of those.

So when your turning the key to acc your fan kicks on and squeals.

Sound like a short somewhere.

Your fans shouldn't turn on until the engines at operating temp.

Check all your grounds.
