94 LS Auto Tranny - Questions

So I used to drive a tempo and when it would shift hard into the next gear - I would fill it up. After researching here it seems the hard shift into gears is a known Honda thing. I found the dipstick for the tranny, but how do you add the fluid ? Doesn't seem very easy just by looking at it.

And it seems super easy to change the fluid entirely, do I have to go to honda to get the fluid or will some other stuff work?

You can use any regular tranny fluid (auto.) That dipstick where you pulled? Stick a long necked funnel down there and use that.
