UPDATE:
I took off the lower radiator hose after draining the radiator and poured water through the top opening of the radiator. The water didnt seem like it flowed out too well like a garden hose, it more just trickled out in a small stream and slowly. I guess it's clogged, only solution is to replace the radiator right?
