way to high i wouldnt pay more than 3500 for it

go see it and test drive it for 20 straight in town not the high way and listen for rattles knicks knocks or randon noises

also check the oil and coolent see if they are dirty

plus it needs a paint job so i would offer 3000 and go from there if he said no go up in $100 increments

but i wouldn't pay more than 3500

also look under the car for rust and under the quarter panels

other things to look at:
tires
brakes
all panels
make sure every thing lights up and works

blaketeg

I <3 Boost
4500 is to much, i mean he said it was the original clutch with 107xxx on the car. that means the clutch will probably need replaced soon.

dont pay anymore than 4k for it, id offer 3800

Where are you located? EDIT: just seen the link, I assume you are on Colorado! LOL

I have a nice, lightly modified '97 GSR I would sell for $4500~
black leather interior, 20% window tint, power windows, locks, sunroof, cold AC, power steering still intact etc...

Excedy satge 1 clutch
Sunk2 Pro series intake manifold w/ Hondata gasket
Injen cold air intake
full Greddy exhaust
Skunk2 "Pro S" full coilover suspension (REAL coilovers, not just sleeves)
Blox Racing lower control arms
Type-R valve cover
Type-R front lip
Type-R spoiler
Type-R shift boot (looks good, black leather with red stitching)
cross drilled rotors
performance brake pads (can't remember the brand right off hand)
JVC cd player
Alpine speakers

Hey thanks for all the feedback guys! ^_^
Well, I told the man i'd be willing to give 3500 cash, seeing as it does need a new clutch and paint job.
He said there's no way i'd find a GSR for that price. But I know i will, just need to be patient lol :)
I am located in colorado Slownsteady ;)
Thanks, But i'm honestly looking for something stock, 3500 or under.
Can't really afford more than that, seeing as i'm 17 lol ;)
Thanks though! :)
