97 far left dash vent removal

I've got a broken dash vent. The one above the moon roof button. I've pulled on the top of it and it seems like it wants to come off. Can this be removed without pulling the whole dashboard off? Thanks. I'm about to get all the little stuff straightened out on this thing

Gotta pop out the sunroof switch and there a philips screw behind it that holds it on, just replaced mine a few wkd ago
