A/C dump tube

Where the hell is that feakin a/c dump tube? I know that's my problem and I've been all over this site and I know it's under the passenger side tire area somewhere but I had my car jacked up today and the wheel off and I couldn't find it so I called my dad over and he couldn't find it. I feel like a complete retard cause I'm usually good with technical and hella good with cars but I can't find that thing for the life of me

I'd rather find it from the outside cause thats where I plan to unclog it from. Rather than have all the crap thats up in there and water spill out into my interior when I unclog it haha

If u look inside and find it u will be able to figure out where it is outside. Its above the passenger floor board on the firewall.
