A/C help

:???:Hey guys i need some help on getting my AC fixed i have a 95ls and bought it as is with no ac the guy who sold it to me told me it used to work and then all off sudden it stopped working.After two months the compressor started making some scratchy noises so i took a knife and cut the belt now i got a baby on the way and summers coming so i need this fixed asap all the ac lines liik fine nothings missing but the belt what would i need to fix this and what would i need to do to do this myself???:???:

I'd start with the compressor since it was having problems beforehand... Unless you have the proper tools to discharge and charge an A/C system, you're gonna need to take it to a shop.
