(aprox. labor) How much will it cost to install an aftermarket stereo system?

I am looking to replace an entire stock sound system in my 1990 Acura Integra LS.
Assuming, I am going to get 2 door speakers, 2 back speakers, the stereo itself, the cables, the housing for the stereo, the sub, the box. all that good stuff, how much will labor be? I understand this depends on the mechanic, and the prices they push.. but how much have you guys paid?

I remember when I was 16. Paid something stupid like $300 for the install/wiring. I had all the speakers already installed myself and I bought the sub/amp that I wanted.

Installing a system is really not all that difficult. I am sure you can do it yourself rather than paying someone to do it.

This is one of those situations where you want to call around and find the best price. Look on Yelp to find the best installers and check both Yelp and Groupon for possible sales.
