It's made by a company called Laile, who distribute products under the brands ARP Sport and Beatrush. What you have is their ARP Sport Rally-Spec Sump Guard. Here are a few links with some info for you.

I dont see how it would mount in the rear with the exhaust and rear subframe...and honestly wtf would you be protecting? I wouldnt cover the fuel tank. lol
