Recently I had a leak on my passenger side axle seal. I went ahead and bought another seal from advance auto parts and when I was taking the old seal out, I'm afraid I may have damaged behind where the seal sits. I did something stupid when I took it out. I drove a screw driver into the old seal and may have gone too far and damaged the metal behind it. I went ahead and installed the new seal and it still leaks. I cant really tell if it's any worse. Anyone ever done this and how did you get it to stop leaking?
