b series flywheels??

ok can a B20 flywheel fit on a gsr motor. and can a gsr flywheel fit on a b20 motor. i know the auto b20's came with that flex plate, but my b20 has a flywheel in it cuz its manual. i got a guy that will trade me his act flywheel off of his gsr, for my stock flywheel on my b20. i just want to know if this will work. thanx
