I recently got a 91 integra with a b16a swap obd0. It has aem cam gears not sure if it has aftermarket cams or not but idle jumps and the car stalls when I drop it out of gear. Also runs really rich and doesnt pass emissions (probably because it doesnt have a cat). I tried cleaning iacv with no luck. Any other suggestions?
