B18B1 bottom end into B18C1 block

Yes...Why would you use the pistons though? b18B1 crank and rods are used frequently in b18c1 blocks as sort of an OEM stroker kit. However, the OEM b18b1 rods are super weak and very limited.

I have gone through the B18B1 bottom end but a head bolt thread stripped when torquing the head-I have a B18C1 block that has a spun rod on the number one cylinder and am limited on funds so I was wondering if I could use the B18B1 bottom end in the B18C1 block just to get my car back on the road. Thanks for your information

Check all your clearances, but should be fine.

Meh, vtec heads don't cost that much. Especially if you keep the cams stock. But I understand you just want it running. Yes, it will work. You just need the right head gasket. Also the dowel pins might be an issue
