B18B1 No Spark/Fuel

hey need some help with this issue i drove my car the other day started up fine went to work drove perfectly fine no problems 8hrs later went to my car tried to start it no fuel pump swapped the main relay still nothing.
Ive Change Everything listed below i checked all fuses and grounds there all good any suggestions?

Everything Ive Change

New Main Relay
New Distributor
New Fuel Pump
New ECU

Did you set the ignition timing when you replaced the distributor?

Are the spark plug wires in the right order?

Can you hear the fuel pump prime?

Are you getting fuel at the filter?

Yes I set ignition timing correctly I'm not able hear the fuel pump spark plugs are in order I have to check the fuel filter
