b18b1 slow HELP

question? i have a 92 honda civic hatchback it has a b18b1 block with a b18a1 head with a Y80 transmission what should my car do on top speed because my d16 did 130mph no problem but this b18 only does 110 115 tops other people are saying there b18's are doing 150 stock why is mine so slow

could it be my transmission? its a y80

What ECU are you running? Try running one of your buddies ECU.

i think im running the obd1 ecu because the inside harness fits right in the ecu
