b18b1 swap to da

wasup fellas im doing a b18b1 swap in my 91 integra using my cable tranny.. bolted up the tranny and tried to hand crank it and it wont turn at all before it was in the car i turned just fine.. should i be using the 97 b18b flywheel or the fly wheel for my 91 da.. please help!!!

Flywheels are the same

the clutch is differant, but you'll use the clutch for whatever year your trans is.

what would cause it to not be able to just hand turn freely as before it was bolted to my tranny?
im using my stock 91 cable tranny with a stage 1 exedy clutch and flywheel.
