is a 95 gsr block the same has a 2000 gsr block??/
Alvi84 New Member May 24, 2011 #2 Bare block should be the same. I think a 99 OBD2 block would have a crankshaft fluctuation sensor on the oil pump that a 95 OBD1 block wouldn't have if its a complete block.
