B18C1 head help

Posted this before still can't fix it. I was told oil pumps through the rocker arms or something and onto the cams. My problem is I can't get oil in the first two pistons. In the pic where I circled is where I get oil but the other two are dry, bad head or anyway to fix this?

The oil squirts from the girdle, or whatever its called, down onto the cams. I would guess you have a couple cam caps out of place, or one of the passages is clogged.

Caps are good but I gave no idea how the internals work to find the clog

Well, I would recommend trying to blow through all the holes and seeing if air comes through somewhere else. If you inspect the caps and the top plate, you can kind of see how they work...
