b20 swap question!

So Im in the middle of a swap and I ran into a problem. behind the motor the LS I had has 3 plugs, and on the back of the b20 there is only 1.. So Do I just ignore the other 2 plugs or is there something that I have to do about it? PLZ help and thank you! Also if its only one, which one would it be?
