Bad clutch ?

I have a 97 gsr my clutch pedal just started getting lower and lower last night and now it won't go in gear.. Sign of a bad clutch? And if anyone can tell me a good brand and site to buy it off of

No I haven't actually I have black oily liquid by my clutch pedal. Where can I check it? I'm pretty new to this. Tegs my first

Check the clutch master cylinder to see if it has fluid in it.

If you have a black oily liquid by the clutch pedal thats you leak find out where its leaking from because once that fluid is completely gone the clutch wont engage.

break fluid (the same you fill the break master up with)

you have to bleed it from the slave cylinder located on the front of the transmission. There should be a bleeder screw

have a friend pump the pedal about 6 times and hold it down , i just use a 2x4 between the seat and the pedal to hold it down. then open the bleeder screw to let the air and fluid out.

also make sure your bleed line stays submerged in brake fluid to keep air out.
