And in my opinion if you have a black hood its kinda ricer. Cuz the only reason to have an unpainted CF hood is to see the CF....right?

Not painting over carbon fiber is just like putting up drywall and not painting it. Most people (IMO) do do it more for the look and to brag about having it rather then for its true function.

On another note... my paint faded like crazy on my hood so I rattle canned it black. Looks good to me.
