blinker issue, still.... please help out

so my blinkers blink so fast its retarted, ive checked every bulb and they all work, i even switched them all out just to make sure one wasnt messed up. checked the fuses too no issues at all. any ideas on what else it can be?

it happens on both sides,

im not sure if i will get pulled over from it im in central nj and some of the cops around here are complete douches. thanks - Alex

Do you have standard bulbs or LED ones, hyper blink often happens with the LEDS and needs a load resistor to stop it

97 has 01 front and rear bumpers though. just got it so not farmiliar with acuras and some issues i have with it. is there possibly a relay?

Its probably low on fluid ;)

If your bulbs arrent oem change your blinker relay out for a heavy duty one. With HD relays burnt out bulbs, leds, and trailer harnesses have no effect on the rest of the system.

in the fuse block, big black cube. Ive gotten relays from several different parts stores. They usually have them on hand.
