Blocking a car and removing a panel

I feel almost incompetent asking these but I'd rather know and not ruin something in the process

I want to take all the wheels on my teg off, problem is is don't have ready access to a lift. So proverbially I need to put it on blocks. Do-able/Smart? If so where should the blocks "properly" go, and what type of block ( I thought Cinder blocks).


Second Question: How do I take the front bumper panel off? Is there an instruction thread on how to do this?

Idk why you would leave it without wheels. Do you not have wheels to put on it? If you're going to do this, why not use jackstands, cinder blocks may scratch the fuck out of whatever surface they touch

I plan on doing some hard core cleaning on the wheels and it'd be easier if they were all of at once

no cinder blocks. unless you want it to end up on the ground without tires. get some jack stands do it right. every honda has lift poins on the pinch weld of the body.

Yeah, don't do blocks, jack stands are a good investment. The car comes with spots to put them, it's the #1 safe way to put a car up to work underneath it for do-it-yourselfers.

Harbor Freight usually has good deals on jack stands, and they are pretty beefy.
