Blower Motor

So I have been trying to figure out whether I need to replace my blower motor or just a fuse or resistor. When I turn the air on (meaning switching it from off to full blast) I can feel the RPMs drop a little but no air comes out and the motor is not on.

What I've found is to test the voltage at the motor to find out if the motor is bad. Seems like that is what the problem is from the looks of things. Any ideas before I test tomorrow?

What I would do:
1. Check Fuse
2. Check Switch
3. Check Blower motor resistor
4. If all 3 is fine than and geting voltage across then its your blower motor.

Start from the easiest job and then work towards the more difficult one.
