Blown GSR with ITR internals

well i finally got around to dis assemble my engine and look what damage i got my self in to. which is not to bad with the way i drive "i just wanted to blow a GSR " so i can say that now

got ITR valve train interals
Supertech vlaves
port n polish at Flowport
stock p72 block

well still going with ITR internals
all new head parts from JDM

block wise going with
CTR pistons

here r sum pics

dam what did the piston look like? is the motor rebuildable or is it toast? and why not upgrade to aftermarket valvetrain as opposed to itr? and what kind of all new head parts from jdm are we talkin about? jw... gl with your build

So what happened? All i can see is a bent valve stem

i dont think id be proud if i fuked up my motor, i hope i never get to say i blew my gsr

Damn by the title I thought you mean there was a JRSC on the car :lol:

Show some bigger pics of the damage man.

I'd go with ITR pistons - less dome than the CTR ones. If you want more static compression mill the head, deck it, both, or run a thinner head gasket.
