Blox Racing 'mini race' mufflers.

So, my car is in need of exhaust and for the most part I have it planned out (2" piping, 2"inlet/2"outlet MagnaFlow catalytic converter, and a 2"inlet/2"outlet/2"core MagnaFlow muffler [for resonator]). I originally thought I wanted a 2" inlet/4,5" outlet NRG Innovations carbon fiber muffler with a burnt titanium tip, but after some research and considering the price, I think that muffler was mainly designed for looks. Would a Blox Racing 2.5" inlet/4" outlet mini race muffler be a good choice? I want something that flows well, looks good, and that isn't like the typical 3A Racing or Flowmaster, but I don't want something that is ridiculously loud or that resonates all throughout the cabin. I'm hoping the 2" piping and resonator will quiet it down, but I'm not 100% sure it'll be enough.

Why don't you just get a yonaka catback. I don't know how the blox would sound, but I'm guessing like crap.

They don't have a direct-fit Yonaka cat-back for my car, and I don't want to buy the '92-'95 Civic one just in case for some reason it doesn't fit.

I didn't mean it literally, There's a guy that drops by my work all the time with a small muffler that looks like that one and a gutted cat, It just sounds horrible.

Ha-ha! Well, just out of morbid curiousity, I looked up '22re no muffler' on YouTube, and it doesn't sound bad, xD. But, yeah; I can totally understand why his sounds bad -- no muffling and no backpressure. I'd be running 2" pipe, a MagnaFlow cat, and a MagnaFlow muffler [as a resonator]. do you still think it'd sound terrible? I mean, I mainly want performance, but I would like it to sound decent as well (i.e., deep, throaty, and mellow but aggressive.).

I myself am Fairly new to the honda game so I have minimal experience in exhaust setups & sounds.

My old setup was a high flow cat, 2.5" piping with 2 resonators and magnaflow tip. Here's a couple sound clips (2nd video was all for the vtec sound so don't mind the shifting. Cams are brian crower stage 3 just if you wonder. Lol

I've been studying cars in general with a little bit of emphasis on exhaust for quite a while. I'm just not that knowledgeable on race mufflers and canister type mufflers. One thing I do know from what I've read is that Honda's and Acura's like their backpressure.

This is what I want my car to sound like and mostly because I want to make mine a rally car.
