Brakes loosing Pressure

My Brakes have like no pressure when i stop the pedal goes down and i start rolling i have to pump it back to stop

You have a leak, or you have air in the system.

I Cant Bleed them Theres siezed everywhere Maybye i need new calipers and fluid

that would probably be your best bet. also look into stainless steel lines
