bumper help hurry!

sorry for my lack of gdammar im on my phone a.yway im getting a new bumper and i have a conversion on my car would a bumper cover work? cause when i search all i see is a bjmper cover i only have $250 thanks

Honda refers to the front and rear bumper as a bumper cover. When i bought my 98-01 front, it was listed as (bumper cover fr.)
