Ok so my piston rings are done and im burning oil. Every oil change i fill only about 2 quarts of used oil. So I was doing some research on the Lucas oil but im still not sure on whether i should buy this. Anyone used Lucas oil? Or know of any problems it can give me? I currently use Mobil One High mileage.

i would get it done asap as well.

the more you drive around with bad pistons, the more damage your going to do to your engine

2 quarts every 5k isnt too bad... just check your oil to make sure you never go under the low level and make sure you dont have leaks

If you hit vtec " if you have it "
It will burn more oil.

Lucas is too thick for our high rev engines and wont provide proper lubrication on high revs

Keep It Clean
i agree with above..do a leakdown test and a dry than wet compression test. Youll never know, it could be the valve seals or something else. Never assume, always do test. The tools can be rented free, its on you to perform them on the car.
