Cam installation

Well, I bought some crower 402's and im gonna get some cam gears (aem or skunk2) and i was wondering if this was something i would be able to install. Installation at a local shop is $225 so if it is something i can do my self id love to save the money. Has anyone done this them self?

It is not hard to put them in, but makeing sure that they are set up correctly is a pain. I would say that if you dont know any mechanic friends then have the shop do it.

my thoughts exactly. better to spend 225 and be sure it will be done correctly instead of doing it yourself and hopeing for the best
