cam journal repair advice

one of my cam journals on my intake side looks pretty bad and isn't allowing my cam to turn properly. is this fixable? how much would a machine shop cost to resurface or bore it over?

It'll most likely need align honed. I had to have a b16 head done once and it cost $60, best bet is to take the head to your local shops and see if they feel comfortable in fixing it and get prices.
