Can't seem to fix this help!!

So when i bought my integra it came like this cant seem to find a way to fix it and its driving me nuts i dont like it so help please tips an advice would be great thanks

By de rice do you mean removing all the red haha ive already done that but as you can see its not clear but the steering column behind the wheel is crooked ive put in a aftermarket ateering wheel on it hoping id find whats making it crooked but i cant

Either the steering wheel was installed off center or you need an alignment to square up the front wheels to the chassis.

The steering column and switches and levers on it are unaligned. Take it apart and realign it.
