Might have a loose wire or something is arcing to metal. The bump might have made an exposed wire touch metal and ground out...Just something to think about. You should briefly run through all your wires and see otherwise it could happen again.
i would say thats the case but after i blew a bunch of mine i havent had a problem since. im going on at least 3 years and i track way more now than i did then.
