Car rolls forward when I let clutch out in Neutral

I just finished (or almost) swapping in my JDM SiR-G B18C into my 90 ED6, so I got the mounts and everything in, i'm using a hydro GSR tranny with the HASPORT tranny mount and cable-hydro conversion actuator.
the clutch feels kinda weird now (i've heard they feel stiffer) like it feels soft at the top of the pedal range and then gets stiffer as I go down, anyways, the car is in neutral and it starts to move when i let out the clutch, what's up with that?!?! I just bought this transmission for $200, could I have gotten ripped off and the tranny is broken??

anyone have any suggestions whats broken or wrong?? :(

also note, the car doesn't want to move in the other gears, it just dies out when i let the clutch out.

Don't synchromeshes transfer a little bit of torque between the input and the output shafts?

idk, i talked with other forums and they say the transmissions shift forks are probably messed up, the car was stuck in gear even though my shifter was neutral.

i swapped transmissions and going to try to fix the other one.
