1990 acura integra RS OBD0.When driving for a while the CEL comes on/off but when I check the ECU no LED flashing. Car has slight hesitation and Tach jumps. There is no engine surge or idling issues.
Replaced O2 Sensor, Dizzy, Plugs and Wires, fuel filter, Timing belt, water pump.
Is this a vacuum leak considering the CEL comes on and off? It usually goes on when driving around 55-65mph then goes off when I'm at a stop light and engine is at idle. Or is it a possible TPS Problem considering the tach jumps. Like i said theres no engine surge or anything and my fuel economy has not changed. Please help i live in CA and it won't pass smog because of the CEL.
