chipped outside cylinder jacket....

hey i just need to know with a chipped cylinder jacket would a new head gasket be ok? its a b18a1 engine, i just had the head redone and im about to put it back together and imma lil concerned about that chip. its not even close to the cylinder sleeve but its pretty noticable. im on a tight budget to buy a new engine. can someone tell me how to load pictures on here? thanks...

I am always confused how to load pics too, so I usually laod them to my photobucket account and put a link, but yeah, you definitely should get a pic up of this otherwise it is very hard to say
