Clicking sound from dashboard 00 GSR

so i have this weird clicking sound that it comes form under my dashboard, when i open the door it stop, and comes again when a close the door...any ideas?

not at all...the car as been no touched since i got it. the power locks sometimes works and other times it doesn't tho

That sounds like the actuator or something trying to move but is stuck or just vibrating.
