Climate Control not Controlling

I tried searching the previous posts before posting this, and I did not see anything. I apologize if this already exists.

I have a 2000 Acura Integra GS-R Manual Coupe

I was trying to replace the burned out light bulbs in the climate control and also installed a new stereo in my car . I tried to change the Climate Control to point at my face rather than my feet. All of the buttons on the climate control will light up, and the fan blows. However, I can't seem to change where the air blows. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I can't remember, are there any fuses in the climate control?

So you're trying to say that when you hit the button to change the air from your feet to your chest/face, nothing happens?

I feel like my climate control always blows more than it should through the dash vents. Even when I have it on feet only, I get a decent breeze from the dash.
