clutch hard to push

hey guys, don't remember when this happen but lately my clutch is hard to push in. this happens most of the time, but if i let the car sits for a day or 2 the clutch is a bit easier to push in. hope you guys can help me out.

first off did you check your clutch fluid level?

does the pedal come right back up?

low fluid would make the clutch easier to push, and it wouldn't return back.
