clutch pedal loose issue

my clutch is loose.. like dead loose.. i took a peek under the dash and notice that a spring that attaches to the pedal is gone and the clutch its just connected with a screw that holds the whole pedal in place and at the tip to the clutch cable. the cable i believe is stretch because when i pull the clutch pedal towards the steering wheel by hand i see extra slack in the cable.
the problem is i cant find the spring for the pedal anywhere and if the cable is stretched how can i replace it.. i have no idea where it connects to on the other end..
i believe its a transmission arm but cant find it

its right on the front of the trans... Youre looking for a cable mount, not a hydralic cylinder
