Clutch / Tranny acting weird

So from the jump start I have a DC4 LS pretty much stock and it has a GSR ECU in it, I purchased it like that. Whenever I go from 1st gear to 2nd gear at 3000 rpm, the car jitters like hard and slow like struggling kind of but at the other gears its fine. I been researching and I found that LS trannys have longer gears than GSR trannys, so could the odometer be reading the rpms wrong and im shifting too early? Another thing, whenever I go into reverse, i gotta play with the stick so it could go back in neutral.

Get the right ECU in it, tune up, etc.

As long as the motor/ECU is reporting the right RPM, the display should be reporting correctly.

Get the right ECU for the car, as mentioned above.

You shouldnt have any problems shifting that high. Your car shouldnt be shaking as if its about to stall beyond like... 600 rpm. Either its not reading right, or your dumping too much fuel into the engine and losing power.

Ok thanks. What about my reverse getting stuck in? What could that be?
