Code p0136 2000 integra

I just got done replacing my upstream o2 sensor and while doing that got the correct bolts for my new cat conventor that a recently put in with a new downstream o2 back in September . Now my downstream 02 three a code 0136... Not good , I did notice bad gas mileage and I forgot to mention I had to buy now gaskets for my cat when doing the bolts , autozone gave me the gaskets twice! But gave me the correct donut , due to time issues I just put the old poopy gasket back in and said il change it soon when weather shapes up , any ideas why p0136 came up? Said high voltage or Somthing

http://www.obd-codes.com/p0136 I work at autozone and what I usually tell the customer is that the o2 sensor went bad. Usually it is because of another fault in the car, like the website says there could be a misfire.

Did you have to wire in your downstream o2? If so I would recheck your wiring before you buy anything
