coil overs on stock shocks

I am having trouble installing my coil overs on the rear oem shocks, the adjusting sleeve doesn't sit on top of the lower bracket like it does in other pics, can anyone suggest what to do please.

Buy full coilovers!

Probably some cheap ones, wouldn't surprise me. Get some lowering springs or full coilovers if you want something that won't give you issues or blow out. I can almost guarantee you're headed for blown shocks/struts

^agreed I use coilover sleeves. Just get some nice shocks to go with them.
