Your HP estimate probably isn't far off. Between 160-170 is a good guess. What do you mean by built head? GSR cams are your limiting factor, but I am sure you know that already.
Also, 30 mpg is pretty solid. Like I said in your other thread the math might be off though, because 37 is very high.
I was getting 32 mpg with this set up: (I apologize now for the list...its a direct copy from my build thread and has stuff listed that has nothing to do with MPG or Power.)
