been having issues with compression problems with 1,4 cylinder .so i was bored and decided to take apart and double check the block guard and head gasket and checked block surface to see if its even....
found a minor problem while i was installing blockguard i tapped in and surface of block was damage and not even. so straight edged it and cy 1 and 3 was not even so i DIY with a file, and regained some HP n comp ,
now piston 1 was to loose so the machine shop honed to much.
now in few week im upgrading for P73 oversized 85mm pistons from acura dealer
i started at 9am on wed and finish and started the car at 7pm thrusday the next day
loved the out come of this....had all the tools and space ready for this
so see me @ the SGV cali racing meet we have every tuesday
