compression testing

when you compression test you are supposed to take all of the spark plugs out right? Cause Shea just did mine but we took them out one at a time. Would this affect test results?
By the way i got 150 on 1, 3, and 4. and on 2 I got 135. This is on an b18b1

i think the ideal is 185, so thats pretty damn high. bone stock?
