So I'm considering taking the course there at Button willow in my integra. My concern is: can my F&F type I suspension handle that course. I've read on some posts between here and TI that you shouldn't try and track the these coilovers. Still I'd like to experience circuit racing at least once in my life. Beyond that if the general consensus is no...*sigh* I guess I will have to settle for karting instead. Any opinions from you seasoned vets as well.

I like Hondas
I mean it's not the best, but for a track day I don't think it's going to fail. I don't track my car so Id talk to Dylan, Patrick or one of those guys

If this is your first time going to the track then it is fine, more important is to go out there have fun and learn. You can have one of the instructors ride with you and give you tips on learning the lines, braking, etc.. Important thing to remember is first time out there, to not go 100% out and to learn the basics.
