Cooling fan switch question

Hey guys. How do I hook up my cooling fan to a switch. It has 3 wires? I think thiers one positive one negative and a neutral? and If one is neutral wouldnt I hook it up with the positive? and would any switch work? I lost the OEM one.

The wires are a power, a ground, and a load wire. I can explain it to you but it's a lot to type. PM me about it.
