ctr valve adjustment

ok so im going to be doing a valve adj on my teg (b18c1 bottom end w/ctr head) bc it has the ctr head i need to go with the ctr valve adj specs right? and does anyone know the correct specs on it, i tried looking it up but i kept comming up with random valve cover posts and other bs

what i've found is

Factory spec for the B18C1/5 and B16A is:

Intake: 0.006"-0.007"
Exhaust: 0.007"-0.008"

Factory spec for the B18B and B20B/Z is:

Intake: 0.003"-0.005"
Exhaust: 0.006"-0.008

does anyone know if its right or has done it b4....i know the procedure but just need the specs
