I just want to thank you personally muckman for answering so many questions for me all the time in the past.

I havent answered anything yet... Get some pictures posted of each problem so we can see what we are dealing with. From what I skimmed most of your problems are somewhat common with kits. Only the very high end kits come perfectly bolt on with no modifications.
